Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing the customer experience
  • Manage the day to day relationships with the client and associated suppliers successfully to help develop a trusting a respected relationship including weekly client meetings, quarterly reviews, identification, and management of key stakeholders
  • Understand the client’s business to provide product consultation where required
  • Drive and lead the successful launch and ongoing management of the client’s experience


  • 1-3 years Account Management or Customer Relations experience; preferably within the mobile or advertising industry
  • A startup mentality: know how to stretch a dollar to grow our existing clients, negotiating and closing new deals with them
  • Organized and methodical with phenomenal communication skills and a consultative approach in addressing client needs
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal and creative solutions
  • Manage the client expectations at all levels, while attending and directing client meetings, demonstrating a consultative approach in addressing client needs
  • Basic understanding of what API, SDK, and CSS stand for
  • Know how to prioritize and triage accordingly
  • Reports to SVP of Account Management
